I am the Broker/Owner of The Realty Shoppe of Pasco, Inc. located in Port Richey, Florida. The Realty Shoppe of Pasco, Inc. manages various types of rental homes including single-family, multi-family, small multiplexes and condominiums. I am also the Broker/Owner of Namaste Realty, Inc., a real estate firm.
I maintain consistent quality systems for all owners', tenants' and potential clients' to provide a professional, courteous, competent and focused atmosphere.
I entered the Real Estate industry in 1997 and began managing properties within a couple of months as a result of the Broker's compelling invitation to become their property manager and have been actively involved ever since. Upon obtaining my Brokers' license in 2000, I was offered and purchased the property management accounts from the Real Estate Company I was Property Manager for and opened my own business.
