• Rates are monthly rents and do not included taxes and utilities.



• Utilities include electric, water, sewer, trash pick up, and may include basic cable and/or phone.



• Condo's are a minimum 3 month rental. Homes are a 30 day minimum rental.



• A $500 security deposit (cash or credit) and a signed Reservation contract is required to hold the home.



• Full rent amount is due four weeks prior to arrival.



• Homes are completely furnished from pots & pans, linens, towels, small appliances, TV, etc.
