If guests pay by credit card, there is no security deposit collected. There will be a hold of $500 until you leave on your credit card. In the event there is any damage we will notify you that we will be charging the security deposit. If the guests are paying with cash there will be a $500 security deposit due at the time of booking.

Gas BBQ rental (at booking only): $50 per week

Crib or Highchair rental available (at booking only): $100 per week

Pool Heating: Solar (Free), Electric: $150 per week, Propane: $300 deposit +/- usage

Reservation Deposit amount: 30% of rent

Number of Days Balance Due before Arrival Date: 45 days

Minimum Stay: 7 nights

Security Deposit Amount: $500.00 if paying by cash, check or money order

Cancellation Policy: The reservation deposit is non-refundable. Any monies paid over the reservation deposit will be refunded if cancellation is in writing and sent to us within 90 days of the booking date.

Reservations will not be held until the 30% reservation deposit is paid and the booking forms are completed and returned.

In the event of an emergency with the selected home, we reserve the right to relocate the reservation to equal or higher standards at no additional cost to the renter.
